Site Director:

A site director is the heart of our program. Your job is to facilitate the site (location where tutoring is held) and make sure quality tutoring is taking place for the entire session and that all of our students are in a "safe" learning environment. The director makes sure that the students and the tutors sign in daily and that all tutoring materials and lessons are prepared for the session. The director is also the point of contact for all questions and concerns regarding that particular site.

The site director's salary is based upon the number of student's enrolled in that sight. For 4 hours a week and 20 students, they have the opportunity to earn as much as $100-$200 per day! You determine your earning potential.

Tutor

A tutor's job is to facilitate learning for the entire session. Most sessions are 60-90 minutes with a snack somewhere during the work session. Students often work better when eating (and so do we). Lessons and work is prepared for the tutor unless the tutor has something in particular to work on for an individual based on the state learning outcomes.  The final 20-30 minutes of the session is for skill building using manipulatives and other prepared activities.

Recruiter

Anyone can be a recruiter. It can be a parent, tutor, or even some of our students help their friends and neighbors to get registered.  This means they attend one of the school improvement schools on the list prepared by the Ohio Department of Education and you help to register these qualified students. These students MUST attend a School Improvement School. Anyone willing to spread the good news of the program can earn anywhere from $5-$25 for each student signed up after they have completed 10 hours of tutoring with bonuses for sibling groups.
